Job Summary: One of our top clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our Home Health agency as an Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in home health care and possess strong leadership, organizational, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home health agency, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Ensure the financial viability of the agency through effective budgeting and resource management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with payers, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Monitor and improve quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care with a strong leadership background.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of home health regulations and reimbursement.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
